If these fixes don’t work then you may need to consequently contact your supplier, or the company who maintains your hot tub.

Note: Finally, please note that the Jacuzzi official manual states that you need to contact a Jacuzzi authorised supplier or technician. Presumably to ensure official parts are used, and to keep it under warranty. If it is in warranty go back to your supplier for support. As far as we are aware, in the UK it is a legal requirement that work can be completed by a ‘non-authorised’ dealer and still hold it’s warranty.

Due to this we suggest if you hot tub is in warranty, go back to your supplier for support. Otherwise, official parts are available through non-authorised dealers such as ourselves. You can use your preferred supplier
